Sikh Coalition

Co-Founder, Co-Chair, and Trustee | 2001–Present

Founded in response to hate crimes against Sikhs following September 11, 2001, the Sikh Coalition has grown into North America’s largest Sikh civil rights organization. With an annual budget of $3 million, the organization protects Americans’ constitutional rights to religious freedom through advocacy in communities, courtrooms, classrooms, and Congress.

Harvard Sikh Center

Founder and President | 2024–Present

Established to serve Sikh students across eight universities in New England, the Harvard Sikh Center provides academic coursework, spiritual resources, and community support. The center includes a robust chaplaincy program and designs courses on Sikh traditions, giving students intellectual grounding to represent their community with depth and understanding.

Nishkam Media

Chairman, Board of Trustees | 2024–Present

Nishkam Media produces educational content showcasing Sikhs in public life for schools, universities, and broader audiences. The organization empowers Sikh youth with storytelling skills to ensure self-representation and foster greater understanding of Sikh traditions and contributions.
